Boston poops on Bulls

Picture from BubbleGoose.com

The Boston Celtics blew out the Chicago Bulls friday night 116-93. It wasn't much of a game from the start, Boston took a 32-20 lead after 1 quarter. Ben Gordon and Larry Hughes shot a combined 10 of 31. Joakim Noah had a nice effort with 10 and 7 in only 31 minutes of action. Noah also played with good energy early. Tyrus Thomas sat out the second game of his suspension, Luol Deng looked great early but tailed off to a crappy 4 of 12 from the field performance. On top of the terrible shooting from the field for the Bulls(27-85), the Defense was absolute crap. Boston scored 116 points and hardly played their starters in the 2nd half. The Bulls could not even make a run with Boston's 2nd and 3rd strings in the game.

Well, despite 3 100oz beer tubes at Bennigan Sports the Bulls Weekly team had a hard time to find anything to cheer about friday night. After leaving Bennigans, Bulls Weekly decieded it would be best to drink our Bulls sorrows away at the new Rocky and Stella's Bar (Formally known as the Alaskian Pipe Line Gay Bar/Hangout) the Bulls Weekly team is going to stay postive and buckle up for the roller-coaster playoff run the Bulls are making. The Bulls will continue their search for a 3 game win streak in 07-08. The Bulls play at Detriot 8:00PM ET Sunday night, it would be a great win to pick up before they go back to the United Center to play 6 of our next 7 games at home. The Bulls are 1 game back of the New Jersey Nets for the final 8th playoff seed... The Nets upcoming schedule looks very tough... playing at Dallas and Houston, followed by playing Cleveland and Utah at home. New Jersey then heads to the Windy City to take on the Bulls, in a 8th seed showdown. With New Jersey's tough schedule and recent 4 game losing streak, the Bulls playoff shot looks very good... if they can keep Atlanta at bay.

Stay tuned for more...
